Zoë is a sport and fashion model from London. She grew up as a competitive runner and gymnast which later led to a career in sport modelling for the past 4 years. Currently, she is completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Kindred Yoga School in London.  

As someone who has experienced the challenges of the modelling industry first-hand, Zoe’s biggest mission through her work as a model & yoga teacher is to help other models navigate the industry in a way that is both healthy and sustainable through the lens of yoga & mindfulness.  

For many years, movement to me had only ever existed in the context of sport and competition. I unexpectedly stumbled across yoga whilst travelling and working abroad; and what once seemed like a fun, challenging class to go to once in a while, gradually became a consistent and non-negotiable practice in my life.

What brings me back to yoga every time is the subtle yet profound power that this practice has to peel away all of those unwanted layers of beliefs that we've gathered over time about ourselves. To be able to turn up as you are, bring it wherever you are, with no pressure to look and move in a certain way and to be okay with whatever the outcome - this was the magic that kept bringing me back to the mat.

I enjoy teaching a dynamic vinyasa practice but also love, perhaps even more so, any opportunity to teach a slow, restorative flow to calm and settle. Whatever the class, you will find focus on going deeper into the breath rather than deeper into the pose. Weaved into my flows you will find elements of strength, mobility, playfulness, stillness and movement combined.

This practice is yours and this space is your playground to explore, and to breath.
