nadja swarovski-adams
Nadja Swarovski-Adams was the first female member of the Executive Board of Swarovski. She led the Branding, Sustainability and Licensing divisions and launched the luxury brands in fashion jewellery - Atelier Swarovski and in lighting - Swarovski Crystal Palace. In 1999, Nadja launched the Swarovski Collective and in jewellery the Runway Rocks Collection in 2003 – initiatives which supported and celebrated emerging and established designers including Alexander McQueen, Philip Treacy, Hussein Chalayan, GILES, Rodarte, Erdem, Marios Schwab, Jason Wu, Mary Katrantzou, Kevin Germanier and Stephen Webster, encouraging the implementation of crystal in an innovative way. In 2022, she won the award of Leadership in Sustainability at the Woman of the Year Awards in Vienna.
Emanuela Schmeidler
Emanuela Schmeidler founded her own public relations agency ES_PR Communication in 1999. Having worked for 15 years next to Gianni Versace as PR & Communication Director she moved onto Condé Nast Publications, opening the PR & Special Events division for Vogue Italy, at the side of Franca Sozzani, to plan the branding: events, PR, Presse and Special Projects.
ES_PR Communication offers to customers Marketing, Communication and full services. In this way, Mrs. Schmeidler gives her clients the chance to position their brand in the markets, strengthening their story and their heart.
isabelle harvie-watt
Isabelle Harvie-Watt spent 20+ years running global marketing, communications & PR in-house for luxury companies including Giorgio Armani, Versace, Tods Group and Valentino, 5 years as CEO & Country Manager of Havas Media Group, and 2 years launching and managing a joint venture with Spring Studios in Italy, of which she was a shareholder and board member. She is currently Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Anima Inc, a boutique strategic consulting agency providing brand, product, and business support to companies in the fashion luxury & lifestyle sectors. Isabelle is also a long-time investor in start-ups in the luxury fashion lifestyle sector with a focus on tech and sustainability and on the Advisory Board of Vogue Business.
