FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR MODELS

  • What is the purpose of our Workplace Survey?

    • The purpose of the survey is to use our models’ feedback to develop recommendations on how our brand can create safer and more inclusive workplaces that allow models to perform at their best.

  • How long does the survey take?

    • The survey consists of approximately 29 multiple questions and three free-text questions that you can answer in around five minutes, using your internet browser on your phone, computer or tablet.

  • How do I do the survey?

    • We will email you a specific survey link, which you will need to complete online.

  • When do I need to complete the survey?

    • You need to complete the survey after every casting, shoot, show, fitting, or event you do for our brand. We will send you a reminder with the survey link and instructions after each.

  • Can I share the survey link with other attendees?

    • No. We will send it to all our other models who also attended. If anyone else completes the survey, they may invalidate the survey’s results.

  • Will you, the brand, or anyone else know that I completed the survey?

    • No. The survey is conducted by Models Trust, an independent organization working for models. Neither Models Trust or anyone else will know the names of who participated in the survey.

  • Will you or my agency see my answers?

    • No. The report we receive from Models Trust only show collective scores and anonymized individual comments. Also, Models Trust will not share any collective scores or comments that could allow anyone to trace your responses back to you.

  • Can I provide undisguised feedback to Models Trust?

    • Yes. You have some free-writing text boxes to add comments on.

  • What should I do if I was seriously mistreated during an event with you?

    • Contact us and your agency immediately for advice and support.

  • Can I tell others about the survey?

    • Yes, please do! We want others to know that our brand listens to you and acts on your feedback. They can contact Models Trust (info@modelstrust.com) for more details.
