• What is the purpose of our Workplace Survey?

  • The purpose of the survey is to hear the voice of the models we use and understand their feedback to create recommendations on how our brand can create safer and more inclusive workplaces that allow its models to perform at their best.

• What is the survey?

  • The five-minute online survey consists of approximately 29 multiple questions and three free-text questions that we ask our models to complete after every casting, shoot, show, fitting, or another event for our brand.

• What happens to the survey responses?

  • The survey is conducted by Models Trust, an independent organization working for models. It will provide us with anonymized collective findings and recommendations.

• Who will see the individual feedback and specific findings for our organization?

  • Only Models Trust will see the individual feedback. It will provide our brand with anonymized, collective findings for your organization, which we will share with you if we think it will be helpful.

• Can we ask our models to provide direct feedback in other ways?

  • Certainly. We recommend you first contact Models Trust to ensure your feedback process allows them to do so honestly, safely and constructively, as our workplace survey does.

• What happens if one of our models reports that they were mistreated, abused or injured during one of our events?

  • You should address this using our own existing policies and procedures. This survey is not a substitute for any of those.
