STEP 1 -AGENCY’S LETTER TO BRANDS
This letter is designed to let your Brands know that you have completed the Agency Survey and hit all the top marks over eight categories and have therefore been awarded a Certification Mark. The letter will also inform Brands of the benefits of using you as an Agency, and how they can contribute to more harmonious environment.

Models Trust is an independent organization creating data-driven reports from anonymous surveys to ensure safer and more equitable working environments for all talent.
To successfully complete the Agency Survey and later the Eyes On Production Survey, we [Your Agency Name] were given a unique QR code for all our signed models, and following their shoots, shows, and castings they filled out the anonymous survey and Models Trust captured the data directly and then compiled a detailed report highlighting our representation.
Models Trust found that we/[Your Agency Name] came in the top 25 percentile over all 8 categories which means our models are happy to be part of our agency family.
Every 6 months we undergo the Eyes On Production Survey which reports in a similar way how the model is treated at their place of work and all the information, concerning preparation, safety, support, and conduct is created into a special report. It is a very interesting report that gives us an insight into your production so we can check the standards you have set are being actually met.
As a contribution to the work that Models Trust is doing to help the industry become more harmonious, we are asking a nominal [USD 28/Euro 25/GBP 20 delete where appropriate] Trust Club fee per model booked, so we are able to work with Models Trust to ensure models have the independent advise and support they need to thrive in the fashion industry.

This Certification Mark is a way of proudly showing our Brands, Models, and Clients that [Your Agency Name] talent has spoken out and told us, we have looked after them well, treated them well, and listened to their needs.
In order for us to qualify for a Certification Mark, we asked all our signed models to fill out an anonymous Agency Survey that would let us know what they felt about our representation. We are pleased to let you know that the data-driven report showed we scored a high average over all eight categories, therefore allowing us to bare the Certification Mark and become a member of the Models Trust, Trust Club.
Every year we will be required to complete the same Agency Survey to demonstrate best practices.
BEING A TRUST CLUB MEMBER
The Trust Club is a network of trusted agencies around the world and as agency members, we have all been independently verified and marked as high performing. As part of the Trust Club, we are now able to draw on the resources of Models Trust and our models will have access to an international community.
Models Trust provides all our signed models’ industry, educational, and well-being workshops, and access to Service Partners, support, and guidance. Models Trust is an independent organization so our models can turn to them directly should they need to.

Asking our Brands to contribute a [USD 28/Euro 25/GBP 20 delete where appropriate] Trust Club fee per model, per shoot, show, casting or another event, is an easy way for Brands to become actively involved in the Triangle of Trust and making our work with Models Trust more tangible, because this small fee ensures models have a safe space to go for advice and support.
Models are invited to Models Trust educational, well-being and financial workshops, given access to financial and legal advice and they have a community of trusted models/agencies they can reach out to, should they be alone and abroad.
Models Trust is a not-for-profit organization which means the Brands Contribution Fee will go directly into helping models be better performing, better equipped, and better-prepared models, plus Models Trust will help with any advocacy work. The contribution also goes towards safeguarding the industry as a whole.

STEP 4 - COLLABORATING SOCIAL MEDIA WITH MODELS TRUST
By Contacting comms@modelstrust.com we will be able to take you through the social media announcement.
Congratulations: we have awarded your agency our Models Trust Certification Mark, our independent verification that your agency provides ethical and high-quality representation to its models.
Your certification is valid for 12 months and it can be renewed before it expires if you again demonstrate satisfactory performance via our feedback survey.
Three months before the end of the certification year, we will discuss renewals and details on how and when to take a new survey
We may immediately withdraw your certification at any time if we believe your agency has acted illegally, unethically, or otherwise against our mission or values.
We will/have sent you high-resolution images of the two versions of our Models Trust Certified mark. The aim of the mark is to help you demonstrate your certification to your current and prospective models, your clients, your other stakeholders, and our broader industry.
Only display our mark/s in their entirety, and in their original colours and proportions as shown above. If you also want to display our Models Trust logo, ask us beforehand.
You can display this mark on your agency’s websites, social media, marketing materials and internal documents, but not those of your agency’s owners, subsidiaries, clients, suppliers, employees, or other stakeholders.
We encourage you to promote Models Trust to all your signed models so they know they have access to our Service Partners and can be invited to participate in our educational, financial, and well-being workshops and support projects.
We encourage you to promote Models Trust to all your clients, so they know they are working with a highly ethical agency who are proven to have great representation.
You can display this mark only if your agency is currently certified. If you no longer have certification, you must immediately remove it from your websites, current and future marketing materials and internal documents, and future social media posts.
