FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR MODELS

  • What is the purpose of our Survey?

    • To use our models’ feedback to develop recommendations on how our agency, your clients, and others can create safer and more inclusive workplaces that allow models to perform at their best.

  • How long does the survey take?

    • The survey consists of 29 multiple choice questions and three free-text questions that you can answer in around five minutes using your internet browser on your phone, computer or tablet.

  • When do I need to complete the survey?

    • After every casting, shoot, show, fitting, or other client event. We will send you a reminder with the survey link and instructions after each.

  • Can I share the survey link with other attendees?

    • No. We will send it to all our agency’s models who also attended. If anyone else completes the survey, they may invalidate the survey’s results.

  • Will my client, agency, or anyone else know that I completed the survey?

    • No. The survey is conducted by Models Trust, an independent organization working for models. Neither Models Trust or anyone else will know the names of who participated in the survey.

  • Will my client or agency see my answers?

    • No. The report we receive from Models Trust and any other materials shared with clients or others only show collective scores and anonymized individual comments. Also, Models Trust will not share any collective scores or comments that could allow anyone to trace your responses back to you.

  • Can I provide undisguised feedback to my client or agency?

    • Certainly, although not through this survey. Talk to your booker to discuss how you can do this best.

  • What should I do if I was seriously mistreated during a client event?

    • Contact your agency immediately for advice and support.

  • Can I tell others outside my agency about the survey?

    • Yes, please do! We want others to know that your agency and your clients listen to you and act on your feedback. They can contact Models Trust (info@modelstrust.com) for more details.
