I trust this finds you and your team very well. This is the time of year I normally contact you so I felt it would be a great time to update you on what we are doing at Models Trust.

FASHION WEEK:

Using our Eyes on Production survey during February Fashion Week/Month 2023 we picked up various insights into brand performance and the treatment of not only models but their agents.  The most striking problem that was faced during this time was during castings and fittings.  The length of time models were having to wait for castings or being held for fittings along with the lack of payment for their time.

We would love to know your thoughts on this particular issue especially if you had similar experiences. 

AGENT'S WORKSHOP:

The Eyes on Production survey tool has been a wonderful way to pick up model experiences during fashion week, but we have decided to extend the survey to agencies as well so we can capture your experiences during fashion week.   In order for us to fully understand your concerns, we are asking certified agencies and some non-certified agencies to contribute to a workshop with us.  If you are interested in attending or know of an agency that would like to be part of this research, please email marina@modelstrust.com so we can keep you looped into the conversation.

AGENCY BENCHMARK:

We are completing another year's Agency Benchmark Survey and would love you to contribute by sending the below link to your models to fill out. The survey closes on the 15th April, so it would be wonderful if you could send it out this week.

We appreciate models can be signed with more than one agency, so they are able to use the same survey link to fill out for each agency they are signed with.

As a gentle reminder, it's that time of year to collect your Q1 Brand Contribution Fees. Could you please send me the number of invoices you processed in Jan, Feb, March, and we will create your Trust Club invoice? Thank you so much.
